The cooking ethos at the Beachfront Farmstay is quite simple. If it’s seasonal, it goes on the menu. Whether fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden, snapper and whitebait from the sea or home grown beef, lamb and venison, the food that makes the Beachfront Farmstay table is homegrown, or locally sourced, and is traced from seed to spoon. While Russell is the hunter/gatherer, and keeps an eye on the 300 hectare farm, Dianne is the master of the kitchen and loves to cook for people who appreciate good, wholesome food and in her own words, enjoys ‘chatting with guests while I cook the evening meal.’

Homegrown bacon, free-range poached eggs with home-made hollandaise sauce on toasted baguette.

The evening meal can be tailored to your mood; Farmhouse or Penthouse.
